This is not a traditional yoga flow—it’s a structured deep-stretching class designed to counteract the effects of sitting, training, inflammation and daily stress.
Each pose is held for 2-5 minutes, allowing your muscles to fully relax and lengthen.

Breathwork
One-month private package available. Sessions are held virtually. Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
